Scope This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products sold by Morgan Kotler. It does not apply to services.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Regions We ship within Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Availability of shipping options may vary by destination.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Mexico: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–12 business days Estimated times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers, or external factors.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped. Delivery updates are handled by the selected carrier.

Delays & Force Majeure Morgan Kotler is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting information. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Morgan Kotler is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
